On Tuesday, June 14th, Ms. Victoria Garchitorena, President of Ayala Foundation, which operates the Ayala Technology Business Incubator as part of the University of the Philippines (UP) Ayala Technology Park Project, discussed how their business incubation activities are creating products and services that benefit the poor.
